Terragrow’s delivery is based on distance. For small items, we’re happy to offer a postage option. For larger items, the delivery cost will be determined based on your location. To determine the correct distance calculations, simply select your location on the interactive map at checkout. We provide multiple delivery options, so please choose the most affordable one for you. The map below gives you an approximate outline of the delivery areas.

Does it cost money to have a Trade account
We are still configuring our trade account deals and will provide an update when they launch.
What if an item is out of stock
If an item is out of stock, it will be restocked as soon as avaliable. If its needed desperately please contact and we may be able to source it or reccomend an alternative.

When will my order arrive
If you have chosen scheduled delivery it shall be delivered in 5-7 on [insert day}
Has my order been dispatched
Your recive a email telling you when your order has been dispatched, you can also check the status of your order from the My Account page
Can i order and collect
Yes, of course. If you have the ablity to collect then by all means please select Local collection at the checkout. then pop down when your ready. our opening times can be seen on the right hand side of this page.
how do i cancel an order
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us. Our contact infomation is avaliable on the right side of the page.

You can view and manage you orders from the My Account page, or using the manage my orders button below.

You can view and manage all your payment methods in your account page. In the Payment methods section.
can i close my account
If you wish to close your account or have your data removed please contact us and we will go through the closing and removal procedure.
